Housing Emergency Loan Program
The Housing Emergency Loan Program (HELP) is a blended fund comprised of a loan and grant available for social assistance (ODSP/OW) or low-income individuals aged 60 years of age and older:
Maximum Payment:
$600
($300 Loan + $300 Grant)
**loan portion of program will be utilized first, with a monthly $25 repayment schedule. Funds will be paid directly to vendor**
Funding Eligibility Criteria
Be aged 60+
Have a total household income below the current Statistics Canada Low-Income Measure (LIM)
All previous HELP funds need to be repaid prior to application
